Is the management office closed for holidays?
The management office is closed for the following holidays:

• Memorial Day

• Thanksgiving Day
• Friday after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas
• Day after Christmas
• New Years Eve

What hours are the buildings open?
Monday through Friday, buildings doors are open from 7:00am to 5:00pm. The main lobby is open during restaurant hours.

How do I obtain keys?
Tenants are issued keys by the management office when they move in. If you lost or need additional keys, contact the building’s management office..

Is mail delivered to our suite? Do you have a postal station?
Mail is delivered to the suites each day and there is also a postal drop box outside of the building.

Does the building have a conference room that is available to tenants?
There is a conference room in suite 240; it holds 10-12 individuals.

Does the building have a UPS or Federal Express drop box?
There is a Fed Ex drop box located in the main lobby on near the west end restrooms.

Does the building have a cash machine?
The cash machine is located next to the Fed Ex and the vending machines on the west end of the building.
