Is the management office closed for holidays?
The management office is closed for the following holidays:

• New Years Day
• Good Friday
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Friday after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas
• Day after Christmas
• New Years Eve

What hours are the buildings open?
Monday through Friday, building doors are open from 6am to 7pm. On Saturdays the building doors are open from 6am until 1pm.

How do I obtain keys or access cards?
Tenants are issued keys by the management office when they move in. If you lost or need additional keys, contact the building’s management office.

Is mail delivered to our suite? Do you have a postal station?
Mail is delivered to Parkdale Plaza and I-IV suites daily. Parkdale Center mail is delivered to the postal station in the Center’s Lower Level.

Do you have conference rooms available for tenant use?
We currently have 5 conference rooms available for use:
Plaza “A/B” main floor seats up to 60
Plaza “C” lower level seats up to 15
Center “D” on third floor seats up to 25
Center “E” on main level seats up to 24

Do you have UPS or Federal Express drop boxes?
There are drop boxes in most of the buildings at the Parkdales on the lowest levels. Please refer to the list below for more specific locations.

Plaza—near the postal station
Center—Near the west entrance
Parkdale 2, 3, & 4—near the parking garage
