I’m interested in storage and/or parking, who should I contact?
You can obtain information on availability for parking or storage by calling the management office at 952-345-0946.

I have a concern or question about janitorial services.

Is the management office closed for holidays?
The management office is closed for the following holidays:

• Day after Christmas
• New Years Eve

What hours are the buildings open?
Monday through Friday, building doors are open from approximately 6 am to 5:30 pm. Tenants may request building doors open later or on weekends as required.

How do I obtain keys?
Tenants are issued keys by the management office when they move in. If you lost or need additional keys, contact the building’s management office.

What if I’m locked out of my suite?
For safety and security reasons, management will not provide you with access to your suite. You will need to contact your employer. If you lock yourself out of your suite (during business hours) with keys inside your suite please call maintenance line at 952.404.4000 for assistance.

Is mail delivered to our suite?
Mail is delivered to the suites each day.

Do you have conference rooms available for tenant use?
Conference rooms are located on the first level of most buildings. Reserve conference rooms by writing in your company name and the times needed on the calendar in that room. Your building key unlocks the door to the conference room in your building if there is a lock on it. The 4940 building has three conference rooms that are available to all tenants of the Park. Following is a list of the conference rooms in the 4940 building:
• 48B 15 - 20 people
• 5B Up to 50 people
• 2nd Floor 8 - 10 people (second door to the left of elevator)

What security services do you use?
We use Hannon Security for patrol and after-hours escort services. They can be reached at 612-799-4190.
